Jimi's World Famous Protein Bars!

1 Cup of apple sauce
1/4 cup of brown sugar
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups of oatmeal
1 cup of protein powder
1 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour
(dried fruit, nuts, etc.. to taste)

Beat apple sauce, sugar, and egg whites. Add rest of ingredients and mix together. Spread mixture in a 9 x 9 pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown approximately 15 minutes.
